Paul Ellerbeck’s exhibition is something of a retrospective – paintings of a certain scale made over the last ten years; the chance to exhibit provided the spur to finish them. Ellerbeck says: “If people spend five minutes looking at them, I will be happy. I will leave it to the discerning viewer to pick up on the strategies and influences.”
